I brought my 2015 lml in with a slugish feel at acceleration after 2 months of my previous shop GUESSING … these guys drove my truck and were able to detect the issue right away they installed a nice tune and now its running flawless will be def coming back .

I have never left a bad review for any business before, but this experience has truly bothered me enough to speak up. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had my husband’s truck towed to SMR Diesel Repair & Transmissions after it broke down in the middle of an intersection. Because of the situation, I had very little time to research and needed somewhere nearby and reputable. After the truck was dropped off, we didn’t hear anything for three days. When they finally called, it was to ask about injectors that had already been replaced. Shortly after, I was told the truck needed an oil pump, radiator, radiator hose, heater hose, oil valve, and new batteries nearly $6,000 worth of repairs and was told it still would not have the truck running. None of these items were related to the actual issue it was taken in for. The truck would crank but not run, which strongly indicated a fuel issue. I approved replacing the oil valve as a starting point based on how it was presented to me, but after further discussion with my husband, we became very concerned. Do not take your truck here!! After taking my truck to smr for reduced power code, they called me telling saying that it has a small oil leak that it needed to be fixed along with a few other things, ok that’s fine then a few days later they called saying coming else needed being fixed so I asked them ok but did you find out what the problem was why it’s reducing power when pulling a trailer with weight on it? They said oh that’s why these things need to be fixed these are the problems to why it’s doing that so I said ok fix them. Guess what?? $6,500 my truck isn’t fixed! There goes to tell you they just want your money

Great bunch of guys, I had them put on a S&S CP4 Disaster Prevention bypass kit on both my 2021 F350 and my 2020 F450. great job no issues. They also put a level kit on the F350 which looks great and I had them put on a PPE deep transmission pan on my F450 since it runs around 220-225F fully loaded down.

I ordered a steering stabilizer from their eBay store on 12-07-2022 because they had a bunch of them in stock and it had two day shipping. It is now 12-20-2022 and I still don't have the product I ordered. I had tried to reach out to them on their eBay store with no response, so I started to do a little digging and found their web page online so I called them up to find out about my order, their response was that is not our eBay store tough luck and blew me off. Below I have included the pictures linking the eBay store to their online store I found in google. My word of advice is stay away and don't buy from them, they will just take your money and not give the product you ordered from them, or respond to you when you try to find out where your item you ordered is.
